Laterally the Best Play Ever

Okay, so everyone who has internet access and any degree of interest whatsoever in football has seen it by now.  But who can resist watching The Play once again?

In case you’ve been stuck on the International Space Station or in Darkest Peru for the last three weeks, what I’m talking about is an amazing, last-seconds play by the Trinity University Tigers football team back on October 27.  Trailing the Millsaps College team 24-22 with only two seconds left in the game, the Tigers stumbled and lateralled their way 60 yards down the field for a game-winning touchdown.  Not counting the quarterback pass that started the play, the football was successfully lateralled an incredible 15 times, which as far as anyone can tell is a college football record.

And lucky for us sportsfans, it was all caught on video!
